Truck Drivers
If you are delivering or collecting a container at RST, your visit must be pre-notified through Portbase. Upon arrival, identify yourself at the automated gate using your CargoCard. A valid CargoCard is required for access to the terminal.
Read the RST Safety and Site Rules
The RST terminal is an operational environment where heavy equipment is in use and hazardous substances may be present. Please read the applicable safety and site rules carefully before your visit and comply with them at all times.
Traffic Regulations for the Operational Area
Our operational area is subject to specific traffic regulations designed to ensure the safe and orderly flow of traffic. Please ensure that you are familiar with these regulations and follow them at all times.
Safety Rules for Remote RMG Cranes
When loading or unloading at a Remote RMG (Rail Mounted Gantry) crane, please observe the additional safety rules that apply. The crane operator is not seated in the cabin beneath the crane but operates from a remote control room.
Registration of a Second Driver
RST only permits a second driver if they are a driver in training. In all other cases, the second driver must remain at the security. Please read the instructions carefully to learn how to pre-register a second driver in training before arrival.
Zero Tolerance
During your visit, you are expected to comply with all applicable rules and behave appropriately at all times. Together with the other companies operating on the City Terminal complex, RST applies a zero-tolerance policy. Any abusive, threatening or aggressive behaviour will result in immediate removal from the terminal and a ban from the site for a minimum period of six months.
