Visitors

Whether you are visiting our office or a vessel alongside the quay, we ask all first-time visitors to complete the online gate instruction and answer the accompanying questions before arriving at RST. A successfully completed gate instruction remains valid for one year. Upon arrival at RST, please report to the security to gain access to the site. A valid ID must be presented upon arrival.

Additional Safety Test

If you are visiting a vessel, you must complete an additional safety test at the security during your first visit to RST. Once you have successfully passed this test, you may enter the terminal and proceed to the vessel. The additional safety test remains valid for one year.

Read the RST Safety and Site Rules

The RST terminal is an operational environment where heavy equipment is in use and hazardous substances may be present. Please read the applicable safety and site rules carefully before your visit and comply with them at all times.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

The use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory on the RST terminal. Visitors must wear safety footwear, high-visibility clothing and, in most areas, a safety helmet. Please refer to the site map for the applicable PPE zones.
