RST Lean program reaches level 4

We are proud to announce that our first team member, planning supervisor Karel Voogt, has reached Lean level 4.

After an internal presentation of his Kaizens yesterday to management and colleagues Karel received his certificate from the hands of our CEO Arno Storm and the well-deserved cake from Transformation manager Gerard Koekkoek.

As outcome of the presented projects Karel has managed to make significant improvements to 4 of our most important processes saving both time and money for RST and our customers.

With his enthusiasm Karel has earned the attention of a large part of his team and colleagues but not only that.  What started off as a joke he is now the proud bearer of the nickname Karellean within the whole RST organisation.

We hereby congratulate Karel with his certification and wish him succes taking the needed steps towards Lean Level 5.
